Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is an airport located in the Yubei District of Chongqing, People’s Republic of China. It is a hub for China Express Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Chongqing Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, and China West Air. In terms of passenger traffic, Chongqing airport is the 8th busiest airport nationwide in 2014, handling 29 million people.
The first phase of the airport came into operation in 1990.
