Quito Mariscal Sucre Airport

Mariscal Sucre Airport is the busiest airport in Ecuador (almost 6 million passengers in 2017) and serves as the largest hub of TAME, the flag carrier of Ecuador. It opened in February 2013 and replaced the old Mariscal Sucre International Airport.
It is named after Venezuelan-born Antonio José de Sucre, a hero of Ecuadorian and Latin American independence
