PrivatAir is a private airline business, headquartered at Geneva, Switzerland. Its clients include royalty, celebrities and captains of industry, as well as other international airlines.
The airline was established in 1977 as a subsidiary of the Latsis Group. In 1995 it received its Swiss air operator’s certificate. In 2001 the PrivatAir Group was formed. Over the years PrivatAir operated scheduled services on behalf of the following airlines: Lufthansa, ECAir, Swiss, KLM and Gulf Air.
