Vilnius Airport is the main international airport of Lithuania. With one runway and an estimated 2,5 million passengers a year, Vilnius Airport serves as a base for Air Lituanica, Wizz Air and Small Planet Airlines.
The present-day Vilnius Airport is a state owned enterprise. The airport began operations in 1932 as Wilno – Porubanek.
