Star Air was an airline based in Indonesia. The airline was established in 2000 and started operations in 2001. A period in which the private airline in Indonesia sprung up after the government announced the deregulation of airlines. However, like some other Indonesian private airlines, the airline licenses revoked by the government in 2008 because of inactivity.
